OBJECTIVE:By detecting the changes in serum lipids and PTS levels in OSAHS patients,we investigated whether OSAHS patients suffer from CIH and sleep fragmentation at night, causing the body to produce oxidative stress and inflammatory response, causing lipid metabolism disorders and blood hypercoagulability.METHODS:1.A retrospective analysis was used to collect 207 patients from the General Hospital of NingXia Medical University from 2010 to 2015.All the selected participants underwent polysomnographic sleep monitoring in the respiratory sleep test room.According to the diagnostic criteria of OSAHS and hypertension, the score was based on the AHI.The degree was divided into the 1st group(moderate to severe OSAHS with hypertension),the 2st group(mild OSAHS with hypertension),the 3st group(only OSAHS group),and the 4st group(health control group).2.Detection of blood lipids and PTS: Blood sampling in the early morning of the second day of PSG and sent to the laboratory to measure lipids and PTS indicators: TG,ApoA1,ApoB,CHOL,LDL-C,HDL-C,RBC,HGB,APTT,PT,TT,FIB,PLT.3,Finishing experimental data, using SPSS22.0 software analysis,P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.RESULTS:1 ?TG,CHOL,LDL-C,ApoA1,ApoB,FIB,RBC,HGB,PLT,HDL-C,APTT,PT,TT were statistically significant in the four groups(P<0.05),ApoB/ApoA1 was not statistically significant between the four groups(P>0.05).2?Compared with healthy controls,TG,CHOL,LDL-C,ApoB,FIB,RBC,HGB,and PLT in the moderate to severe OSAHS+hypertension group were elevated,HDL-C and ApoA1 were decreased, and APTT,PT,and TT were shortened(P<0.05).3?Compared with healthy control group,TG,LDL-C in mildOSAHS+hypertension group increased,HDL-C,ApoA1 decreased, and TT shortened(P<0.05).4?Compared with the healthy control group, the LDL-C and HGB in the only OSAHS group increased, the HDL-C and ApoA1 decreased, and the PT shortened(P<0.05).5? Compared with mild OSAHS+hypertension group,HGB,RBC,FIB were increased in moderate-severe OSAHS+hypertension group, and APTT and PT were shortened(P<0.05).6?FIB,HGB,and RBC were significantly elevated in the moderate to severe OSAHS+hypertension group compared with the only OSAHS group(P<0.05).7?With increasing age, lower HDL-C,shorter PT and TT,and higher risk of OSAHS.8?There were 138 males with OSAHS(81.7%),31females(18.3%),and males: females(4.45:1).9?There were 131 males with OSAHS aged over40,accounting for 94.9%,and 31 females with age greater than 45,accounting for 100%.CONCLUSION:1?OSAHS is related to lipid disorders and blood hypercoagulation.2?Patients with severe OSAHS complicated and hypertension have severe lipid disorders and hypercoagulable state in the blood.3?Age,HDL-C,PT,TT are risk factors for OSAHS.4?The prevalence of males is significantly higher than that of females.5?OSAHS male patients are more than 40 years old,and women arepostmenopausal.
