Objective To study the change of retinal nerve fiber layer and retinal thickness of macular zone after femtosecond laser-assisted laser in situ karatomileusis(FS-LASIK).Methods This is prospective, consecutive study.Fifty-eight patients(116 eyes)with myopia undergoing FS-LASIK surgery at Ningxia Eye Hospital from January to March 2017 were selected randomly for detailed eye examinations, including uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure(IOP),optometry, slit lamp examination, corneal topography, tear secretion test,three-mirror contact lens fundus examination and fundus photography were performed,in addition,Zeiss Cirrus High Definition-optical coherence tomography(HD-OCT)was used to collect relevant data on macular retinal thickness and RNFL thickness preoperative and on 1d,1w,1m,3m postoperative. The datas were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 software and compared by independent samples t-test.Results After three months, the ratio of uncorrected visual acuity reached to preoperative level was 100% 。 There were no statistically significant difference between preoperatively and the time points postoperatively both in the area of retinal thickness of macular and RNFL thickness(P>0.05).Conclusion1.FS-LASIK after surgery to make patients get better uncorrected visual acuity, good stability.2.FS-LASIK has no significant effect on RNFL and macular retinal thickness determinedby HD-OCT. |
