In recent years,with the rapid development of the whole society of gynecological and obstetrics professional,in the city of D,3 large maternity hospitals were set up in recent 5 years,and 3 are under construction.In order to survive and develop,X hospital must conduct a series of self-improvement.As a business unit of X hospital,Pharmaceutical Preparation Sections responsible for the whole hospital transfusion's procurement,storage and supply.In the fierce market competition,the traditional inventory management mode can't adapt to the development under the new situation of X hospital.A big number of storage will cause serious backlog of funds,slow capital turnover,warehouse maintenance consumption,large space occupation defects,which are impeding the development of hospital.If using the traditional inventory management mode of infusion library,then the library will be faced with the upgrading of the infusion of large,which need to invest a lot of money.Therefore,X hospital must find a way to adapt to the new situation and new requirements of the transfusion inventory management optimization pattern.This paper combines the advanced experience of transfusion inventory management of hospitals at home and abroad,based on the traditional inventory management model of Hospital Library under X infusion inventory,occupying a large space,high cost for daily maintenance,slow flow of the cost of product,poor level oflibrary staff,in order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional inventory management model of X infusion.The author uses the methods of literature research,field investigation,expert consultation to provide theoretical basis,realistic material and logical thinking for the study.In the background of the competition situation of X hospital and the national policy,finds the problems for X hospital infusion and makes the evaluation and analysis.It constructs the inventory management optimization model can not only save money,avoid the waste of manpower,material resources,but also to achieve full integration of hospital resources and the sustainable development of the hospitalin the background of the new medical reform.Based on it,the author constructs the X hospital transfusion inventory management optimization model.
