| Objective:To observed the plasma expressions of mi RNA-134 in acute pulmonary embolism patients, and discuss the diagnostic value for APE under high altitude area. Methods:Patients with acute pulmonary embolism(APE),chronic pulmonary embolism(CPE)and healthy volunteers(CG)from high altitude area(3600m)were choosed,20 cases in each group. The peripheral blood plasma were collected, the expressions of plasma miRNA-134 in patient with pulmonary embolism were detected by Taq Man real-time PCR.The diagnostic value of mi RNA-134 for the APE at high altitude were assessed by ROC,and compared with the blood marker D-dimer(D-Di).Results:(1)The pulmonary arterial systolic pressures(PASP)in the APE group were higher than those of the CPE and CG.The PaO2 in the arterial blood gas analysis in the APE group were lower than those of the CPE and CG.(2)the levels of plasma mi RNA-134 in the APE group were obviously higher than that of CPE and CG(P<0.05).(3)The ROC showed that the area under the curve of the plasma miRNA-134 in the APE group was 0.904.At the Cut-off point of 1.62,the sensitivity was 94.7%,while the specificity was 90%.The area under the curve of D-Di in the APE group was 0.889.At the Cut-off point of 9.51ug/ml,the sensitivity was 100%,and the specificity was 80%.Conclusions:(1)The levels of plasma miRNA-134 were significantly increased in APE group at high altitude, which had a higher diagnostic value for APE at high altitude.(2)The specificity of plasma miRNA-134 was better than D-Di in APE groups at high altitude areas, and it still maintains high sensitivity. It could be a new biomarker for APE at high altitude. |
