Objective: To detect the expression level of plasma MicroRNA-134 in patient with acute pulmonary embolism, and evaluate the clinical value of mi RNA-134 for the acute pulmonary embolism at middle altitude.Methods: embolism,healthy volunteers20 cases,the expression level of plasma Micro RNA-134 were detected by using PCR method,Using ROC curve to evaluate the diagnostic value of mi RNA-134 for the acute pulmonary embolism at middle altitude,calculate the area under the curve,sensitivity and sensitivity,comparing with the plasma D-Di.Results:(1) The expression level of MicroRNA-134 in acute pulmonary embolism group was obviously higher than that of chronic pulmonary embolism and the healty control groups,with statistical differences between group(P<0.05),and there was statistical difference between the chronic pulmonary embolism and the healthy group(P<0.05).(2)ROC curve analysis revealed an area under the curve of 0.876, the sensitivity was 100%,Specificity was 71.4%;the sensitivity of D-Di in acute pulmonary embolism was 100%,Specificity was 66.7%.Conclusions:Plasma Micro RNA-134 has high diagnostic value for acute pulmonary embolism,with high The sensitivity and specificity of plasma Micro RNA-134 in the diagnostic for acute pulmonary embolism are better than D-Di. It could be used as the biological makers to diagnose the acute pulmonary embolism.
