Objectives:The experiment was designed to make the difference clear of ROCK1 an-d ROCK2 levels respectively between patients suffering from pulmonary hypertensio-n and those with normal pulmonary arterial pressure, thus to study effects of both kin-ases on pulmonary hypertension in areas of high altitude.Results:1.Compared with the control group, the level of ROCK2 in patients of the group of pulmonary hypertension in plateau was higher obviously?P<0.05?;but there was no marked difference in levels of ROCK1 between two groups?P>0.05?;2.RAD,RVD,RVAW,RVOT,MPAD,NEU%,RDWSD,RDWCV,TBil,IBil,BUN,Cr,UA and CRP of the group of pulmonary hypertension were signicantly higher than those in the control group?P<0.05?;however SpO2,SBP,DBP,BMI,LYM%and MCHC in the the group of pulmonary hypertension were lower?P<0.05?.Conclusions:1.There was marked difference in the level of ROCK2 between the group of pulmonary hypertension and the control group, proving that it was possible that ROCK2 mainly took part in the occurrence of pulmonary hypertension in areas of high altitude;2.Both chronic hypoxia and inflammatory reaction were possibly important factors in the development of pulmonary hypertension in plateau;chronic hypoxia might affect and be the cause and result of pulmonary hypertension,so might it be as for pulmonary hypertension;3.Dysfunction of liver and renal would occur in pulmonary hypertension in areas of high altitude.
