Objective:The purpose was to compare the clinical efficacy of non-fixation of mesh and fixation of mesh in TAPP and TEP,to explore its security and reliability and whether it can reduce postoperative complications,so as to provide basis for technology of non-fixation of mesh. Methods:In this study,Inpatients eligible for this study were screened and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.186 cases of patients with inguinal hernia admitted to laparoscopic surgery in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from January 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups, including the patients in group A were non-fixation of mesh during TAPP and TEP operations, and the control group B was the use of the medical adhesive fixation method fixation of mesh during TAPP and TEP operations. The follow-up records of 2 groups of patients at 1,3,6 months postoperative pain;groin swelling;walking with or without foreign body sensation;hernia recurrence, intestinal obstruction recent complications. As well as the recurrence of hernia 1 year after operation and the long-term complications such as intestinal obstruction. The data were collected and contrast of the two operation methods were statistically analyzed. The t-test and x~2 were used for statistical analysis. Results:There was no significant difference in age and gender between group A and group B(p>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the amount of bleeding and the operation time in group A and group B(p>0.05).There was no significant difference between group A and group B after LIHR in terms of chronic pain in inguinal region, swelling in groin area, recurrence of hernia and complication of intestinal obstruction(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the level of foreign body sensation in the inguinal region after LIHR between group A and group B(p<0.05),A group was lower than the B group. There was a statistically significant difference in the overall complications of LIHR between A and B groups.(p<0.05),A group was lower than the B group.Conclusion:1.non-fixation of mesh is safe and feasible compared to the use of the medical adhesive fixation method in The TAPP and TEP surgery. It has clinical significance, but requires the surgeon to have skilled surgical techniques.2.There are fewer complications in non-fixation of mesh in TAPP and TEP than in the use of medical adhesives. It has clinical significance, reduces postoperative discomfort, and improves quality of life.
