The Expression And Its Clinical Significance Of Nrf2 Protein In T Cell Lymphoma

Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor-2(Nrf2)in T cell lymphoma(TCL).The relationship between Nrf2expression and clinical pathological features in TCL was analyzed.Methods:1.50 cases of de novo T cell lymphoma as experimental group were collected including 21 cases of extranodal nasal type NK/T-cell lymphoma,11 cases of peripheral T-cell lymphoma,not otherwise specified,4 cases of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma,5 cases of anaplastic large-cell lymphoma,anaplastic lymphoma kinase negative,8 cases of anaplastic large-cell lymphoma,anaplastic lymphoma kinase positive,1 case of enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma and 21 cases of reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes as control group.All data was collected from Gansu Provincial Hospital between October 2012 and June 2017.2.The expression of Nrf2 protein was detected by SP immunohistochemistry in 50 T cell lymphoma cases and 21 cases of reactive lymph node hyperplasia,and its association with clinical pathological features was analyzed including patient's age,gender,the level of lactate dehydrogenase,clinical stages and B symptoms in T cell lymphoma.3.All data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software.Results:The positive rates of Nrf2 expression in T cell lymphoma and reactive hyperplasia of lymph node tissues were 46.00%(23/46)and 9.52%(2/21)respectively with significant difference(?~2=8.625,P=0.003;P<0.05).The expression level of Nrf2 was related with Ann-Arbor clinical stage and B symptoms(P<0.05),and was unrelated to patient's age,gender and the level of LDH(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of Nrf2 in T cell lymphoma is higher than that in reactive lymph node hyperplasia.It suggests that the abnormal expression of Nrf2 may play an important role in the development of T cell lymphoma which provides a new clinical idea for etiological study and treatment of T cell lymphoma.
