ObjectiveThrough the observation of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease?Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD?and COPD complicated pulmonary hypertension,pulmonary hypertension,PH)in patients with lung small artery lanny alkali Receptor 2?Ryanodine Receptor 2,RYR2?,FKBP12.6,Calmodulin dependent protein kinase??Calmodulin dependent protein kinase?,CaMK-II?expression,clarifying RYR2,FKBP12.6,CaMK-II expression of the meaning of the COPD and the onset of COPD combined PH.MethodChoice in November 2012-April 2017 hospitalized cardiothoracic surgery in Ningxia people's hospital of 30 patients with pulmonary malignancy,according to the results of echocardiography on admission?pulmonary artery Systolic blood pressure?Systolic pulmonary artery pressure,SPAP?>40 mmHg?,pulmonary function test results?30%?FEV1/FVC?70%and FEV1%pred<80%?,divided into COPD combined PH?COPD combined PH?10 cases,10 cases of COPD than PH group,and select the lungs of COPD patients with malignant tumors,the PH patients?FEV1/FVC>70%and FEV1%pred?80%and SPAP?40mmHg?10 cases for control group.The expression of RYR2,FKBP12.6 and CaMK-II in the paraffin section of pulmonary vascular tissue was detected in three groups.1)the expression of RYR2 and FKBP12.6 was measured by immunohistochemistry?high pressure thermal repair Envision two-step method?.2)the CaMK-II expression was measured by immunohistochemistry?high pressure thermal restoration Envision two-step method?.3)the correlation analysis was conducted by comparing the results of the three groups with the image analysis software of IPP6.0?image pro plus 6.0?.Results1.There was no statistically significant difference in age,sex,body mass index?BMI?andsmoking index between the three groups of COPD-PH group,COPD group and control group?P>0.05?.2.There was a difference in the area of pulmonary arterial area between the COPD-PH group and the COPD group,and there was statistical significance?P<0.05?.3.The expression of FKBP12.6,RYR2 and CaMK-II of COPD-PH group and COPD group was different between groups,and there was statistical significance?P<0.05?.4.Correlation analysis of COPD-PH and COPD group suggested that the expression ofFKBP12.6,RYR2 and CaMK-II was related to the increase of pulmonary arterial pressure and the proliferation of pulmonary arterial diameter.conclusionCOPD patients and patients with COPD-PH within the pulmonary artery smooth muscle cytoplasm FKBP12.6 expression,RYR2 expression,the expression of CaMK-II obvious differences between groups,prompt FKBP12.6,RYR2,CaMK-II the expression level of patients with COPD and COPD-PH increased pulmonary artery pressure andpulmonary arteriolar diameter proliferation related.
