Objective Through the analysis of the blood lipid and liver function of oral lichen planus patients,to study the relationship between lipid, liver function and oral lichen planus,to guide rationaluseof agents in clinical practice and prevent the diseases from repeating.Method Collect 100 patients with olp as the case group,100 Non-olp patients with oral mucosa, whose age and gender are both matched with the case group,as the control group.Record the blood lipid and liver function indexs of all patients, then process the data by the SPSS 22.0 professional statistical software package. Results The number of patients with dyslipidemia in the case group is significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Through the analysis of level of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).As a result,TG,TC and HDL-C in the case group had statistically significant difference compared with those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LDL-C level between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of patients with abnormal liver function in the case group is no significantly higher than those in control group(P>0.05).For both groups' liver function test of globulin(GLOB),total bilirubin(TBIL),albumin(ALB),direct bilirubin(DBIL),total protein(TP),aspartate amino transferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and gamma l-glutamine transpeptidase(GGT),indirect bilirubin(IBIL)levels were analyzed. Results show that ALT,ALP,GGT level of the case group are different from those of the control group, the differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P< 0.05);Thelevel differences of AST,TP,DBIL,IBIL,TBIL,GLOB and ALB between the two groups, has no statistical significance(P> 0.05).Conclusion OLP patients had higher TG,TC and lower hdl-c levels, and there was a certain association between dyslipidemia and OLP;The liver function examination of OLP patients may have different degrees of abnormality, and there was a certain association between ALP,ALT,GGT and OLP.
