| Objective Through the original collection of the modern famous doctor treated senile insomnia medical case about symptoms,syndromes,post-syndrome elements and prescription medication,and so on.Then normalize these information,and carried out the data mining and statistical analysis.Reveal the general situation,core syndromes,the correlation between drugs and symptoms,and drug therapy general rule.In order to provide a reference for the dialectical thinking and the modern clinical treatment of middle-aged and elderly insomnia.And this study also provided a reference for clinical,scientific research and teaching.Methods Using SPSS20.0 software in 283 cases of middle-aged insomnia basis and general situation of 247 cases of senile insomnia basis for the statistical analysis,symptoms,medication,and combined with traditional Chinese medicine professional theoretical knowledge and clinical practice,analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of middle-aged and elderly insomnia and the law,comparison,the middle-aged and the elderly patients with insomnia in the core,the core between the formulas as well as clinical commonly used medicines to differences and correlation between disease-drug.Results Through research,it has been found that modern Chinese medicine practitioners have the following characteristics in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly insomnia:1.The symptoms of insomnia in the middle-aged and elderly are complex,and the types of syndromes are roughly the same,but the proportion of each type is slightly emphasized;middle-aged patients are mostly dominated by evil spirits,and both are positive;old patients often have positive hypotheses.Lord,both evil and true;Middle-aged people with insomnia mostly occur in the heart,liver,kidney and gall bladder and other organs,common disease factors are qi stagnation,fiery,sputum and wet;the elderly insomnia occurs in the heart,kidney,liver and large intestine and other organs,common The diseased factors are yin deficiency,qi deficiency,blood deficiency and phlegm.2.By analyzing the types of insomnia medications used in middle-aged and elderly patients,the analysis of drug-induced taste,and the analysis of menstrual flow,and the correlation analysis of high-frequency symptoms and drugs,it was found that tonic,anesthetic,and antipyretic drugs play an important role.In the year group,the frequency of diuresis and percolation was higher,and the elderly group had higher blood circulation and phlegm drugs;the drugs were mostly bitter cold medicine and sweet warm medicine;the medicines were attributed to multi-centering and liver circulation;Commonly used methods for qi and nourishing method,qi and phlegm method,heat and purging fire method,eliminate guide and Chinese law and calm down the law and so on.3.Through the analysis of association rules,multiple groups of "disease-drug" combinations were obtained,such as the use of Ophiopogon japonicus when dry mouth and constipation occurred.And to find out new common drugs for the treatment of middle-aged people suffering from insomnia ginseng and schisandra and elderly insomnia Ligustrum lucidum and Eclipta prostrata.Conclusion1.In the insomnia of middle-aged people,the pathogenic factors of insomnia are more prominent,and the intestine of the insomnia in the elderly is more prominent in the large intestine,which widens the dialectical thinking for clinical practice and highlights the importance of syndromes in dialectical analysis.2.The treatment of insomnia in the elderly and more use of Buxu Anshen heat medicine,middle-aged insomnia and more water and water permeability of the drug,the elderly more than blood circulation drugs;drugs taste more bitter cold medicine and Gan Wen medicine;more return to heart,liver.3.Through the analysis of the syndrome-drug combination relationship,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and common Chinese medicine used for common symptoms were obtained,which provided reference for clinical drug use. |
