Objective:The study was designed to investigate the main types of persistent high-risk human papilloma virus?HR-HPV?infection among some reproductive age females in Guizhou Province,as well as to study the vaginal microecology in patients with persistent cervical HR-HPV infection. Methods:A total of 200 reproductive age females who visited gynaecological clinic of Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from May 2017 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The former included100 females infected with persistent cervical HR-HPV;the latter.included another 100females with negative-HPV.The age of the two groups was not statistically significant.Vaginal secretions were collected during the 37 days after menstruation. The following vaginal microecological items were evaluated:microflora density, microflora diversity, pathogenic bacteria,semi-quantitative of Lactobacillus, vaginal pH value, positive rate of H2O2?harboring function of producing H2O2?and leucocyte esterase.?2test and Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to find out the differences of vaginal microecology indicators between the two groups.Results:1.The main types of high-incident the persistent infection with single HR-HPV were type 16?36.67%,33/90?,52?22.22%,20/90?and 58?15.56%,14/90?.There were only 10 cases of mixed infection.2.No statistical significance was found in the density and diversity of vaginal flora between the two groups.3.The semi-quantitative of Lactobacillus in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group?Z=4.16,p<0.05?.4.The positive rate of BV in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group?16.00%V.S.3.00%,p<0.05?,while there was no statistical significance in positive rates of VVC and TV between the two groups.5.The rate of vaginal pH?4.5 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group?55.00%V.S.31.00%,p<0.05?.6.The positive rate of H2O2in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group?57.00%3V.S.30.00%,p<0.05?.7.The positive rate of leucocyte esterase in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group?27.00%V.S.8.00%,p<0.05?.Conclusion:The types of high-incidence persistent infection of single type HR-HPV in Guizhou Province are type 16,52 and 58 in sequence.Mixed HR-HPV persistent infection is less common.Therefore,nine-valent HPV vaccine might be more valuable for preventing cervical cancer in females of Guizhou Province.Cervical HR-HPV persistent infection is generally combined with vaginal microecological dysbiosis. The therapy and management of cervical HR-HPV persistent infection should focus on the regulation of vaginal microecology, which may be conducive to HR-HPV clearance and hence worth further exploration.
