Object:Sustained infection with high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)is a risk factor for cervical cancer in adult women. The composition of the vaginal flora may affect the host immune response, which in turn plays a functional role in the infection and persistence of HR-HPV and subsequent development of cervical cancer. This study compared vaginal microecology in HR-HPV-positive and HR-HPV-negative populations in healthy subjects. To investigate the risk assessment of HR-HPV infection by vaginal micro-ecological testing,to determine the risk of HR-HPV infection,to divert and refine HR-HPV susceptible or persistent infection, reduce the HR-HPV infection rate and reduce the risk of cervical cancer.Method:1.The secretion samples of 1092 women who were in the physical examination of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2017 to September 2018 were collected and the subjects were informed consent.2.High-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)is detected by DNA hybrid capture second generation technology(HC2).3.vaginal micro-ecology using micro-ecological comprehensive evaluation system for analysis.4.Statistical analysis of the correlation between microecological parameters such as Nugent score and HR-HPV infection.Result:Among the 1092 women,HR-HPV was screened by hybrid capture 2 technique(HC2),and grouped according to the results:?114 cases in HPV positive group, including HPV positive group,age(41.8±13.5)years old;?A total of 83 patients in the HPV-negative group were included in the control group,aged(40.4±8.5)years.Statistics showed no statistically significant differences between groups(P=0.39)HPV-negative control group,HPV-positive group vaginal cleanliness,pH,sialidase and leukocyte esterase activity were significantly higher than the control group, the statistical results were statistically significant(P<0.05).For every 1 point increase in Nugent score, the risk of HPV infection increased by 1.357 times(?2=24.3,P<0.001,OR=1.357,95%CI:1.185-1.554).The Nugent score is divided into three levels according to the diagnostic criteria of BV,of which 0-3 is divided into normal state(I grade),4-6 is divided into BV intermediate type(? grade),7-10 minute BV type(III grade),After ?2 test and logistic regression analysis, the risk of HPV infection increased by 3.174 times for each level of Nugent score(x2=20.5,P<0.001,OR=3.174,95%Cl:1.185-1.554).Conclusion:1.There is a correlation between the infection of HR-HPV and the occurrence of BV;2.Vaginal environment BV intermediate type is 3.174 times the risk of HPV in normal state;3.Compared with the BV intermediate type, the risk of HPV infection in BV patients is 3.174 times;...
