Evidence-Based Research On The Application Of Mobile Health Technology Of Chronic Disease Management

Background Mobile health technology is a medical and public health practice supported by mobile devices.It is an electronic expansion practice in the field of health care.With the popularization of mobile health technology and the improvement of technology,the intervention effect of mobile health technology has a beneficial effect in the process of medical care.Objectives 1.To analyze the research status of mobile health technology for chronic diseases and expound their development status and research hotspots.2.To comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of mobile health technologies by demonstrating evidence of mobile health technology for chronic disease management.3.To analyze the patient's cognitive and behavioral intention of mobile health technology s and their influencing factors.Method Three research methods are mainly used.1.Visualization analysis: through statistical word frequency and cluster analysis,the research hotspots and frontiers are drawn.2.Overviews of reviews:analysis of existing evidence of mobile health technology for chronic disease management,and use AMSTAR and PRISMA to evaluate their quality.3.Questionnaire:Self-made questionnaires were used to investigate the subjects to understand the cognitive and behavioral intentions of mobile health technology and its influencing factors.Results 1.6,662 articles were included in the field of chronic health management in mobile health technology.There were 1,896 Chinese studies and 4,766 English studies.The number of studies showed a trend of increasing year by year.The focus of the research field is on health education for patients with chronic diseases through mobile health technology to improve their compliance.2.A total of 41 systematic reviews/Meta analysis are included,31 for diabetes mellitus,5 for cancer,5 for high blood pressure,The AMSTAR scale score ranged from 3 to10,with a total score of 6.85 ±2.38.For patients with diabetes mellitus,cancer or hypertension,most studies acknowledge that mobile health technology is better than standard care.3.A total of500 questionnaires were sent out and 481 questionnaires were valid retrieved.The repondents' awareness of mobile health technology was 51.7%(249/481),but 80% of them said they would continue or plan to use mobile health technology,Occupation and whether or not to use mobilehealth technology are the main factors affecting repondents' attitudes and behavioral intentions towards mobile health technology.Conclusion 1.The number of literatures mobile health technology used in chronic disease management has been increasing year by year,there are differences hotspot between domestic and foreign research.The domestic research is still in the stage of small scale application,and the abroad research focus is the stage of wide scope promotion and big data decision making.2.Some types of technologies in mobile health technology can improve the quality of life of diabetes,hypertension,and cancer to some extent.Domestic research on mobile health technology management of chronic diseases is less,we should pay more attention to it,in order to find the best means and mode of management of chronic diseases.3.The research object's knowledge of mobile health technology is low,and the willingness to use it is relatively high.Mobile health technology is affected by different occupations and whether it has been used.
