Objective schizophrenia is a mental disorder difficult to eradicate.It includes positive symptoms,negative symptoms and cognitive dysfunction.Cognitive dysfunction has great impact on the quality of life of patients,and the possibility of re employment in society.However,there is no definite effective drug therapy to improve cognitive function.The cognitive impairment of schizophrenia is closely associated with inflammatory factors.This study aims to provide data support for clinical intervention and a new field of vision for follow-up cognitive research by exploring the effects of comprehensive intervention on cognitive function and inflammatory cytokines in schizophrenic patients.Methods: a total of 60 hospitalized schizophrenic patients in the third people's Hospital of Lanzhou and the third people's Hospital of our hospital were randomly divided into a comprehensive group(N=30)and a simple group(N=30).The simple group was given only drug treatment.The comprehensive group was given psychological intervention,cognitive behavior therapy,auxiliary aerobic exercise,mindfulness therapy and other comprehensive treatment methods on the basis of drug treatment..On the day of admission and 8 weeks of treatment,the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)was used to evaluate the mental symptoms of the patients.The changes of cognitive function were evaluated by MCCB(MATRICS consensus cognitive test),and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the levels of interleukin-1 beta(IL-1 beta),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha)in serum.Statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS 16.Research results1.after 8 weeks of treatment,the comprehensive group and the simple group PANSS score was significantly lower than before the treatment(p<0.05),and the comprehensive group compared with the simple group after treatment,the score decreased more significantly(p<0.05).2.after 8 weeks of treatment,the MCCB total score group and the simple group were improved(p<0.05),but compared with the pre treatment group,the increase of the total group was more obvious than that in the simple group(p<0.05).In the seven dimensions of MCCB,the group was higher than before the treatment,the symbol coding score,the space span,the continuous operation,the labyrinth experiment and the social cognition score,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the semantic fluency,the digital sequence and the speech memory(p>0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the scores of all dimensions in the simple group before treatment(p>0.05).3.the concentration of IL-1 beta,IL-6 and TNF-in the zeroth weekend group and the simple group had no statistical difference(p>0.05),but after 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of IL-1 beta,IL-6 and TNF-alpha in the comprehensive group were significantly lower than those in the simple group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion comprehensive intervention can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients,and can improve the level of serum inflammatory cytokines.The efficacy is further confirmed by large sample and multi center experiment.
