F hospital was previously a German hospital which was founded in 1905.F hospital is a tertiary A-level hospital which is directly monitored by the Health and Family Planning Commission.It is a modern general hospital holding serval center positions on senior cadres' healthcare,focuses on geriatrics research and offers medical care to the public,education,scientific research and prevention.F hospital has 38 clinical and medical technological departments,and specializes on the medical treatment,nursing,rehabilitation and health care of the elderly.Department of medical treatment,Neurology,Urology,Medical imaging and Pharmacy are the key clinical specialties of the F hospital.F hospital is putting "people-oriented,quality and efficiency" as the management philosophy;"unity,rigorous,realistic,innovative" as the style,and striving to become a first-class hospital.The difficulty of medical treatment is a more important practical problem in the medical industry in our country nowadays.This paper analyzes F hospital's problem of medical research from the utilization of existing resources,combines with the actual status of the hospital.This paper is aiming to make some recommendations on solving these problems and spills its experiences to similar hospitals in all over the country.This paper reviewed previous studies,summarized related research results and theories about resource utilization and improvement of medical treatment.It also analyzes problems through data collation and field investigation.Finally,after identifying the causes of problems,this paper proposed several solutions to solve F hospital's problems by using its facilities more efficiently and wish these experiences useful for other hospitals.
