Objective: In this study,STI technique was used to measure the myocardial strain of each segment before and after the intervention, and to explore the value of STI in evaluating the efficacy, prognosis and follow-up of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after PCI.Research objects and methods:Come to our hospital 50 cases of hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease were selected, including 28 males and 22 females, aged 45-68 years, mean age 55.7 ± 5.1 years, all patients were confirmed by coronary angiography is more than 70% of coronary artery stenosis or occlusion near, informed and agreed to accept the PCI operation, and routine ultrasound measurement of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were more than 50%.All the patients were excluded from severe arrhythmia, abnormal conduction, severe valvular disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other serious diseases.Another randomly selected 20 healthy people, including male and female, aged 45-66 years old, with an average age of 54.3 ± 4.7 years old,all the patients were confirmed by the physical examination and auxiliary examination, and no heart disease was found in all the patients. All patients were examined by conventional echocardiography,in which patients with coronary heart disease were taken before and 1 week and 2 months after surgery. The left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV)and the end systolic volume(LVESV)were measured by double plane Simpson method, and LVEF.The longitudinal strain(LS),radial strain(RS)and circumferential strain(CS)were measured by STI technique.Results1.Compared with the control group, the left ventricular diameter and volume in coronary heart disease group increased in different degrees, but ejection fraction decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Compared with the control group, the peak systolic strain of coronary heart disease(CHD)before and after the operation for 1 week and 2 months decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The peak systolic strain value of each group was higher than that before the operation, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)after 1 weeks.4.2 months after surgery and preoperative and postoperative 1 week, the peak systolic strain were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The morphological parameters of the left ventricle measured by conventional ultrasound can not effectively evaluate the left ventricular function2.Coronary heart disease patients due to myocardial ischemia lead to different degrees of myocardial strain, strain curve disorder.3.PCI can effectively improve myocardial blood supply,so that the corresponding myocardial contraction strain has been significantly improved.4.STI technology can be a comprehensive objective evaluation of the left ventricular global and regional myocardial function, for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease and evaluation of efficacy and prognosis to provide a new means.
