Cost management as one of the three goals of project management for engineering construction has a very important meaning,which directly affects the profitability of the project level and the level of project management,in an increasingly competitive construction market today,cost management will directly affect the level of competitiveness of the market.Thermal engineering of hospital is a typical thermal power project,for the hospital to provide winter heating and domestic hot water all year round,on the normal operation of the hospital is of great importance,is an important basis of guarantee facilities,but because of the short construction period of the project,the reasons of low cost,Cost management have not to due of attention,just in engineering starts Qian developed has cost plans and engineering completed Hou unified for costing,and cost analysis and cost assessment,and in engineering of implementation process in the missing cost management in the of core link-cost control,so will led to engineering cost up not to plans target,reduced has engineering of profit,effect engineering management level of improve.A Thermal engineering problems of cost management in hospitals,according to PDCA Cycle,the earned value method for the construction project cost control in the process.According to the characteristics of the development of the project costs to the project goals and the construction schedule,and then in the fifth week of the project,eighth weekend,12 th weekend using earned value to BCWS,and BCWP,andACWP compare three values,to determine whether the project cost in the context of planning,If in the context of planning,will continue to be,if more than planned,the deviation,so constant a and a PDCA cycle,until the project is completed,final ultimate control of thermal engineering of hospital cost management in the context of planning,good management results are obtained.Through the use of PDCA Cycle completed and better application of earned value method A Thermal engineering cost management in hospitals,completed the set programme objectives,improve the cost management process,and through the use of the earned value method,very good balance between engineering cost and construction progress of relations between the two,which pointed out the direction for future project cost management and roads,greatly improved the management and economic efficiency of thermal engineering.
