A Research To Increase Public Credibility Of Community Health Service In Sichuan Province,China

With the constant innovation of science and technology,and after nearly 40 years of rapid development,China's public health undertakings have been greatly enhanced in terms of service scale,medical condition and disease prevention and control,which have played a basic safeguard role for the people's health.Community health service refers to the basic public health services and basic medical services provided by the relevant government departments to the community residents in the community,including the preventive,medical,health care,rehabilitation,and health education and family planning guidance services.The implementation of the community health service is community health Service agencies that are;community health service centers(stations)and so on.Community health services,which are generated through the continuous development of public health undertakings,are the foundation of basic public health services and an indispensable link in the primary health system,providing the basic guarantee for the health of community residents.Community health services provide not only medical and rehabilitation services but also free basic public health services for the entire community.It can be said that irrespective of age and gender,as long as they are residents of the community,their life and death are included in the content of community health services.In recent years,the governments at all levels in Sichuan Province have followed the requirements of the development of national health undertakings and gradually increased their emphasis on the investment in health undertakings,at the same time,they have led to the development of community health services.The number of institutions has been increasing year by year.The country has put forward the policy system of facilitating medical treatment for grassroots people,such as the system of grading medical treatment and treatment,the first consultation of general practitioners and the family doctor system,and the related policies on community health services are gradually being improved.However,compared with hospitals,community health service institutions are not only low in number of patients,number of hospital admissions but also in growth rate.At present,there are still some problems such as unreasonable allocation of community health service resources,lack of capacity,lack of public awareness of community health service institutions and low penetration rates,which lead to the public being not assured about choosing community health service institutions for medical treatment and having low trust.As a result,they are more willing to choose a large hospital for medical treatment regardless of serious illness or ailments,despite the high cost and even a long way to go,which is one of the most important reasons for the difficult and expensive medical treatment.This paper summarizes the related researches of scholars both at home and abroad by using the literature research method.Combining the exploratory interviews with relevant personnel of community health service in Sichuan Province,we draw on the relevant theories to design the questionnaire of community public health trust in Sichuan Province,and then use the questionnaire survey of residents in Sichuan Province to conduct a formal investigation.Finally,the paper employs the statistical analysis method to analyze the survey data.Based on the analysis of public trust survey results,this paper concludes that the causes of low public trust in community health services in Sichuan include the following aspects: public perceptions and concepts,community health service providers and their own capabilities,government input and supervision,etc.Then the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the public trust in community health services in Sichuan Province.
