As the basis of clinical diagnosis and treatment,the physiological and pathological information extracted from the pulse wave has been increasingly emphasized by Chinese and foreign medical circles.The characteristic parameters of pulse wave contain a lot of information of human physiology and pathology,the inflection points of pulse wave are the turning points of a mechanical process in the cardiac cycle into another mechanical process,so these are the inflection points with clear physiological significance.Load exercise leads to the changes of pulse wave shape parameters and cardiac function parameters.There is a correlation between the characteristic parameters of pulse wave and the parameters of cardiovascular function before and after load exercise.In this research,the change trend before and after exercise at different time parameters is analyzed.Then the correlation between the two parameters is compared.The cause of parameter variation which reflect the tested health status of cardiovascular system is studied in this research.The subjects of this study are healthy people aged 20-30 years.We designed the exercise experiment to collect the parameters of pulse wave and cardiovascular function at resting state and after load exercise.The change of human physiological factors caused by the exercise brings a lot of noise to the original pulse wave signal.The improved wavelet packet analysis method is used to remove noise on the denoised signal;The pulse wave signals are normalized,calibrated.To avoid artificial selection caused by the special value of the waveform,the pulse wave signal after denoising is normalized and calibrated,and the waveform of the pulse wave is represented by a periodic waveform.After exercise dicrotic wave is not obvious.In order to improve the computational efficiency and save cost,a method based on the relative position of the dicrotic wave is designed.According to the characteristics of the pulse wave waveform before and after the exercise,the main wave peak,the dicrotic wave,the cycle,the evaluation parameter K and the parameter S are introduced to characterize the pulse wave.The change trend and correlation of pulse wave and cardiovascular parameters are analyzed.The results show that there are regular changes of pulse wave and cardiovascular parameters before and after exercise.Compared with the resting state,parameters testing immediately after exercise are correlated.With the passage of time,the parameters recover to the resting state.At 20 minutes after exercise,the parameters have no correlation,the cardiovascular system recover to the resting state.The correlation between pulse wave parameters of upper limb and lower limb is detected by combining the data of each moment.In this study,the changes of pulse wave and cardiac function parameters before and after exercise are obtained.The correlation of limb pulse wave and cardiovascular parameters is analyzed which provides theoretical support for the evaluation of the health status of the cardiovascular system of the human body.It lays the foundation for the establishment of the database of pulse wave and cardiac function parameters before and after exercise.
