Cardiovascular disease refers to a group of diseases caused by heart and vasculardysfunction. It has high incidence, morbidity and mortality, as well as the age of onsettends to be younger, that has become the major public health security issues in theworldwide. Studies have shown that the incidence of cardiovascular disease is theresult of long-term accumulation of pathological features, and accompanied by thechanges in hemodynamic and hemorheological characteristics. Therefore, earlydetection of the typical parameters has an extremely important physiological andpathological significance for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The purpose of this work is to build the non-invasive calculation of thecardiovascular system and verify the calculating theory from the invasive clinicaldata. Results show that the non-invasive model built based on the nonlinear pulsewave theory can achieve the non-invasive calculation of the blood viscosity, cardiacoutput, cardiac power and elasticity of vessel, which are in line with the clinicalphysiological range. After the correction in different methods, the relative error ofcalculation results is reduced, and the difference is statistically significant. Bloodviscosity increases with age and Body Mass Index (BMI). The blood viscosity reachesits peak value in60year-old male (5.35) and50year-old female (4.45) respectively, and then the variation of blood viscosity becomes stabilized, with no more increase;the blood viscosity values of males in all age groups are significantly higher thanthose of females, with difference value in the range of0.28-0.90; the blood viscosityvalues are obviously higher in hypertension group than those in normal group, withstatistically significant differences (P<0.1).In summary, the blood viscosity, cardiac output, cardiac power and elasticity ofvessel distribution in people have certain regular pattern, and the obtained fittingformula between blood viscosity, influencing factors and the calculation of cardiacfunction in this study would provide useful references for further study of variation ofcardiovascular function parameters under different physiological conditions, effects ofdifferent parameters on some cardiovascular diseases, and non-invasive detection ofcardiovascular function parameters.
