Objective:To compare the operative time(min),pain scales of patients on the third day, postoperative hospitalization days(d),postoperative chest tube drainage(d)and intraoperative blood loss(ml)of uniportal Video-assisted Thoracic Surgery and triple-port approach for non-small cell lung cancer to providing guidance for clinical treatment. Methods:We searched databases including PubMed,Web of Science,CBM,wanfang, vip database and CNKI to identify and collect studies comparing uniportal VATS with triple-port VATS approach before February 2018.The operation time, pain scales of patients on the third day, postoperative hospitalization days(d),intraoperative blood loss and postoperative chest tube drainage(d)after uniportal VATS or triple-port VATS approach were analyzed.Selection of literature, data extraction and literature quality assessment were performed by two researchers independently.RevMan 5.3software were applied to meta-analysis.Results:A total of 7 retrospective cohort studies, which included 617 patients(260 cases in uniportal group, and 357 cases in triple-port group)were finally included. The results of meta-analysis showed a statistically significant difference in the third day(95%CI:-0.97 ~-0.59,P<0.00001).But the operative time(95%CI:-3.78 ~41.03,P=0.10),postoperative hospitalization days(95%CI:-1.13 ~0.27,P=0.23)and postoperative chest tube drainage(95%CI :-0.33 ~ 0.09,P=0.27)and intraoperative blood loss(95%CI :-44.91 ~ 32.96,P=0.76)have no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion:There were no significant differences between the two groups in the operative time, postoperative hospitalization days and postoperative chest tube drainage and intraoperative blood loss.Current evidences indicate that compared with uniportalVATS approach, patients treated by triple-port VATS suffer slighter postoperative pain status.More large-scale,high-quality studies are needed to verify...
