Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of enhanced recovery after surgery in hepatectomy for primary hepatocellular carcinoma by comparing two groups of patients. Methods: To collect the clinical data of the liver(laparoscope)surgery department of the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university from January 2016 to December 2016,the patients were randomly divided into the enhanced recovery after surgery group(ERAS group,n=42)and the traditional treatment group(T group,n=42),compared two groups of patients with surgery time, bleeding during surgery, postoperative ICU stay time, for the first time the exhaust time, for the first time defecation time, length of hospital stay, postoperative complications following surgery. Results: to compare the two groups of patients in general,gender(?2=0.730,p=0.393),age(t = 0.065,p = 0.065),liver function,Child-Pugh classification(?2=0.105,p=0.746),ASA grade(?2=0.091,p=0.763)there was no statistically significant difference comparison, and comparable; There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in the surgical approach(?2=0.074,p=0.786)and tumor length(t=0.827,p=0.411).The amount of blood loss in the patients in the ERAS group was less than that in the T group(t=4.885,p<0.001).The operation time length in the ERAS group was less than that in T group(Z=4.084,p<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the first time defection after surgery(Z=1.054,P=0.292).The first exhaust time of the patients in the ERAS group was less than that in the T group(Z=4.74,p<0.001).The number of postoperative hospitalization days in the ERAS group was less than that in T group(Z=3.163,p=0.02).The number of patients who postoperative ICU stay more than 24 hours in the ERAS group was greater than that in the T group(?2=43.904,p<0.001);The incidence of postoperative complications of patients in the ERAS group was lower than that in the T group(z=5.357,p=0.021).Conclusion: enhanced recovery after surgery concept was applied to liver resection treatment of primary liver cancer is safe and effective, can reduce intraoperative bleeding, shorten the operation time, reduce the patients incidence of postoperative complications, promote patients early recovery of gastrointestinal function, shorten in-hospital time, promote the patient recovered as early as possible.
