| Objective:By observing the treatment group and the control group in patients with breast cancer postoperative related upper limb lymphedema,the measurement of the arm diameter of the affected side,the change of the VAS score,the change of the DASH upper limb function score,the degree of upper limb edema,and the changes in their muscle strength scores were studied before and after treatment.The clinical effect of external application of Xiaozhong Decoction on patients with related upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery provides a corresponding theoretical basis for its clinical promotion and application.Method:The patients in this study were all from the Department of Mammary Gland,Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2020,and the TCM syndromes that met the admission criteria were qi stagnation,blood stasis,and water stagnation related upper limb lymph nodes after breast cancer surgery 60 patients with edema were divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases according to the random number table.30 cases in the treatment group received topical Huoxue Xingshui Recipe(composition: peach kernel,safflower,angelica and other eight herbs;method of use): External application,once a day,one treatment lasts for30 minutes)plus limb function recovery therapy(manipulation drainage plus air pressure,massage therapy).The 30 patients in the control group were given upper limb function recovery therapy only.The two groups were treated with1 courses of treatment,each course was 4 weeks.After each course of treatment,relevant observation information was recorded,and the efficacy indexes and safety indexes after medication were observed to analyze the topical Huoxue Xingshui San external application The clinical efficacy and safety-related indicators of postoperative related upper limb lymphedema in the treatment of breast cancer with stagnation of qi,blood,stasis and water stagnation.Result:To analyze and compare the demographic characteristics of the two groups of patients before enrollment,including age,weight,height,BMI,and their pathological types,whether they are habitual hands,breast cancer staging,whether postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy,onset location,VAS score,degree of edema,For indicators such as muscle strength classification and DASH score,it is concluded that P>0.05,which means that the difference between the two groups before treatment is meaningless,which means that the data of the two groups are comparable.The results of the experimental treatment showed:1.The arm diameter of the affected side before and after treatment:compare the average value of the arm diameter of the affected side before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group(this test divides it into upper arm diameter circumference and forearm diameter circumference)and the corresponding difference between before and after treatment Value,it is concluded that both groups have the effect of reducing arm diameter(P<0.01),but the effect of the treatment group is more obvious(P<0.05).2.VAS Conscious Pain Score: Compare the VAS scores before and after the treatment group and the control group.The indexes of the two groups decreased after the treatment(P<0.01),but the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).It can be concluded that the treatment effect of the treatment group can reduce the related swelling and pain.3.DASH upper limb function score: compare the DASH scores before and after the treatment group and the control group.The indexes of the two groups are both effective after the treatment(P<0.01).The treatment group and the observation group are compared between the groups(P<0.05),which proves the treatment group Play a greater role in reducing upper limb dysfunction4.Muscle strength grading: comparing the treatment group and the control group before and after the muscle strength grading,it is concluded that the treatment group and the control group have no effect on the change of the muscle strength grading(P>0.05),and the two groups have no effect on improving the muscle strength of the patients.5.Degree of edema: Compare the grading of edema before and after treatment group and control group.Both groups have an effect after treatment(P<0.01),but the effect of treatment group is more obvious(P<0.05).After the relevant treatment of the treatment group,it can effectively treat the degree of edema of the patient’s affected upper extremity.6.The curative effect of the treatment group can reach 73.3%,and the control group is only 50%,and its clinical healing effect is significant.7.Safety: At the beginning of the trial,a patient in the treatment group experienced discomfort after the medication,and then resolved by itself,and no similar events occurred in the subsequent process,and according to the relevant statistical methods,this time The test is not relevant.On behalf of the external use of Xiaozhong Decoction combined with upper limb function recovery treatment method is safe and reliable.Conclusion:External use of Huoxue Xingshui Recipe will have a better clinical treatment effect for patients with related upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery(qi stagnation,blood stasis and stagnation),especially on the arm diameter of the affected side,VAS score,DASH score and edema The degree is more prominent,can better improve the patient’s treatment effect and quality of life,and its clinical treatment safety is
