The Classification Of Floppy Eyelid Syndrome And The Selection Of Corresponding Surgical Treatment

Background:Upper eyelid laxity is more common in today's society,and the demand for surgery is also large,and the requirement is high.In the study of young and medium facial wrinkles,the treatment of young eye has always been a hot topic in plastic and cosmetic surgery.A variety of corrective surgery for upper eyelid laxity can achieve the best surgical effect with the lowest surgical trauma.The key points and detailed comparisons of various operative skills are expounded in this study.Their advantages and disadvantages are clarified,and the suitable population of various surgical methods are clarified,so as to provide reference for clinical workers.Method:There were 100 clinical cases of different degrees of aging,relaxation,brow drooping and trigonometry in the upper eyelid skin,of which 4 were male,96 women,and the age was 35~68 years old.The coverage of the canthus angle in these cases is different,and the severity of the fish tail is different.The eye is usually because of loose skin has the following performance: the existence of double eyelid,eyebrow ptosis and eyelid skin relaxation distance,the amount of different patients to choose the best way in various kinds of surgical methods,so as to get the best treatment effect,the operative methods included: simple double eyelid plasty,eyebrow edge incision.Eyebrow,eyebrow edge incision under the eyebrow lifting operation,peeled,lifting eyebrow +blepharoplasty.Result:All of the 100 patients in this study were corrected.97 of them were satisfied with the postoperative effect,and all of the97 cases were changed immediately after the operation.3 cases of patients with poor effect among them,1 cases of double eyelid incision patients showed bilateral asymmetry,2 cases under eyebrow incision scar was not marked by a cover,plant and other methods,but the overall satisfaction rate is higher,so according to the operation of upper eyelid relaxation in different severity of individual choice,can obviously improve the effect of surgery.Conclusion :The choice of surgery depends on a number of factors,including the surgeon's preference and experience,and the extent of the upper eyelid laxity.The resultsof good functional and cosmetic results determine the long-term effect of the upper eyelid relaxation correction,while the complications and reoperation rates should be reduced as much as possible.The main objective is the standard decides the operation amount and vision of loose skin,patients must weigh the eyelid elevation required amount,in order to avoid unnecessary complications,including eyelid crease note position,symmetry and eyelid contour,but no matter which kind of operation,the most important is to give patients and explain the family operation risk and any possible complications before operation.
