Dimensional Analysis Of Collagen SNP Location In Xinjiang Between Uygur And Han Female With Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Objective:To investigate the relationship between collagen gene polymorphism and pelvic organ prolapse.Materials and Methods:In this case–control study,women with and without symptoms of POP were included and compared,We draw fasting venous blood from every subject early in the morning and obtained DNA from the blood sample using Blood DNA Kit.PCR-RFLP was used to detect the polymorphisms of rs180025.Association of the collagen gene(rs180025 5,)polymorphisms with pelvic organ prolapse Was analyzed.Results:The study included 197 women,: 89 patients with POP(containing 45 Uygur and 44 Han women)and 108 controls(containing 55 Uygur and53 Han women),The collagen SNP genotype and allele frequency between the experimental group and the control group,between the Uygur experimental group and control group,between the Han experimental group and the control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no relationship between collagen gene polymorphism and pelvic organ prolapse(POP).
