Objective: To analyze the quality of life after three kinds of operation of hepatic cyst-type Hydatid disease, choose the treatment plan of the higher quality of life, and improve the quality of living of patients with hepatic hydatid disease. Methods: This paper compares the postoperative conditions of 260 cases of hepatic cystic echinococcosis treated by three different surgical treatments for the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University since May 31,2015 to May 31,2017,and analyzes the difference of postoperative quality of life. The selected patients were divided into a,B and C three groups according to the different operative methods, including group A 88 patients,in order to implement the group of subtotal resection of hepatic hydatid cyst.In group B,90 patients were treated with complete excision of hepatic hydatid cyst.In Group C,82 patients underwent partial hepatectomy. To compare and analyze the postoperative complications of three groups of patients, select the appropriate quality of life scale, according to the operation of one week, month,March,June, the application of the survey, from the physiological, psychological, independent, social relations, and environmental five dimensions analysis, using the mean ± standard deviation of the patient's quality of life scores,The variance analysis method of repeated measurement data was used to analyze the quality of life of patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis after different operation treatment. Results: The time of peritoneal drainage was significantly less than that of the group(Group A)and the complete stripping of the outer sac(Group B),there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),but hospitalization days were higher than those in the other two groups, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The postoperative evacuation time of the group(Group a)had advantages over the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and in postoperative residual cavity infection, residual cavity effusion, peritoneal effusion of the group(Group A)than the other two groups have a disadvantage, the difference is also statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative complications of three types of operation(P>0.05).Based on the above data and the patient's specific situation, the postoperative quality of life of three surgical patients was analyzed, and there was no significant difference in the scores of three kinds of QOL,which were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The QOL score of Group A was significantly larger than that in Group B and Group C because of the difference of postoperative exhaust time, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the number of hospitalization days a group were higher than the other two groups,so the psychological dimension of the QOL score lower than the other two groups, there is also a statistical difference(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the physiological dimension and the social dimension of three kinds of operation in January(P>0.05),the QoL of psychological dimension, independence dimension and environment dimension resulted in a longer tube time due to the high incidence of residual cavity infection, residual cavity effusion, peritoneal effusion and bile leakage in Group A.After discharge, the medical condition and living environment were relatively poor,C group QOL score was significantly larger than group A and group B,statistically significant(P<0.05),and group A and B were not statistically significant. There was no statistically significant difference in physiological dimension and social relationship between three different operative types(P>0.05),the QOL score of the psychological dimension, independence dimension and environment dimension caused the continuous duct with bile leakage and residual cavity effusion, the C group score was significantly larger than group A,there was statistically significant(P<0.05),There was no statistically significant difference between Group B and Group C compared to QOL score(P>0.05).After 6 months of surgery in the physiological dimension, the score of Group A was significantly smaller than that of Group B and Group C in three different operation types, such as psychological dimension, independence dimension, environment dimension and social relation dimension, while there was no significant difference between B group and C Group,no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions: In this article,we found that the quality of life of patients with hepatic cystic hydatid disease was different with the operation mode after three kinds of clinical operation methods. The quality of life of patients in Group C January,March and June was significantly higher than that of hepatic hydatid cyst subtotal, but the quality of life was lower than group A after one week due to surgical trauma. The quality of life in Group B was significantly higher than that in Group A in March and June, and there was no statistically significant difference between one week and January after surgery. The lower quality of life of patients in Group C January was higher than that in Group B,and there was no statistically significant difference between the postoperative one week,March and June and Group B.In terms of long-term effect, the quality of life of Group B and Group C was higher than that in Group A,and there was no statistically significant difference between Group B and Group C.At present, surgery is still the main method to treat hepatic cyst-type hydatid disease. The effect of different operation on the quality of life of postoperative patients also has advantages, the complete removal of hepatic hydatid cyst and partial hepatectomy as a radical operation of liver hydatid disease, has been encouraged to use,but because of its high level of technical requirements for doctors,The operation has been limited completely,so clinicians should aim at improving the quality of life of hydatid patients and improve their technical level,so as to improve the quality of life of patients with hepatic hydatid disease.
