To Observation On The Treatment Of Severe Ptosis By Conjoint Fascial Sheath Suspension Associate With Levator Muscle Of Upper Eyelid Shortening

Objective : To Observation on the treatment of severe ptosis by Conjoint fascial sheath suspension associate with levator muscle of upper eyelid shortening Methods :In our hospital from October 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital(23)cases(30eyes)of severe blepharoptosis patients using CFS suspension combined with levator shortening operation,follow-up,observation of postoperative ptosis,double eyelid fold,double eyebrow height difference and the amount of grain correction effect?Results :postoperative Follow up 1 months to 22 months,patients will have varying degrees of hypophasis(recovery,the first 1 months at the latest within 3 months to recover),of which 1 cases under general anesthesia surgery in children with early postoperative severe conjunctival prolapse(1 weeks after conjunctival resection.Postoperative recovery was satisfactory in all patients),ptosis symptoms were obviously improved,double eyelid fold smooth,bilateral eyebrow height difference disappeared,the amount of grain disappears,no upper eyelid ectropion,strabismus,diplopia,recurrence and complications,satisfactory appearance,good long-term effect?Conclusions :CFS suspension combined with levator muscle resection for the treatment of severe congenital ptosis,through observation,curative effect is reliable,the operation method of pulling force of the upper eyelid,consistent with physiology,rapid postoperative recovery and more natural,this kind of operation for the treatment of severe blepharoptosis with reference value.
