Objective: To explore the changes and clinical significance of coagulation ind ex in patients with asthma. Methods: According to the set of prevention and treat ment of bronchial asthma guidelines in 2016 diagnostic criteria, selection in January2016-February 2017,the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university hospi tal respiratory center a total of 120 patients with bronchial asthma,60 casts of me n and women 60 cases.According to the history of smoking,it was divided into s moking group(smoking amount >400years)and non-smoking group. And smoking gro up of 60 people, male 30,female 30,age(41.5+4.1),no smoking group of 60 people,m ale 30,female 30,age(43.5+5.7),the two group can be divided into:smoking asthma a cute pahse of 30 cases(male 15 cases,15 cases were female, age 40.7+/-5.6 years),s moking asthma remission of 30 cases(male 15 cases,15 cases were female, age 44.8+/-7.2years).Thirty patients(15 males,15 females, aged 41.7 or 5.1 years old)and n on-smoking asthma were found in 30 cases(15 males and 15 females, with age of45.3 plus or minus 7.9 years). The values of DD,Fg,APTT,PT and PLT were measured and compared and analyzed. Results: Whether smoking or not, acute onset of asthma,DD,PLT and Fg were higher than group remission(P < 0.05),PT,A PTT,no significant difference(P > 0.05).Whether acute phase or remission, smok ing set of DD and Fg were higher than nonsmoking group(P < 0.05).PT and AP TT were lower than non-smoking group(P<0.05),and there was no significant diff erence in PLT(P>0.05).Conclusions: Whether smoking or not, asthma patients wi th acute phase the body in a state of high blood coagulation and fibrinolysis hyper thyroidism, and when patients and belongs to the smokers, the DD and Fg levels i n plasma is higher, are more likely to trigger the fibrinolytic and coagulation mech anism.
