Objective: To analyze the correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D and cerebral vascular stenosis in non-diabetic patients with acute and chronic cerebral infarction..Methods: The study collected 425 cases of acute cerebral infarction in the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December2016 to July 2017.According to the degree of cerebrovascular stenosis,it was divided into no vascular stenosis group(control group),mild to moderate vascular stenosis group,severe vascular stenosis or occlusion group,and divided into two groups of Han and Uygur groups according to the national differences.The relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin D and other laboratory indexes was compared with those of cerebrovascular stenosis.Results: There was a statistically significant difference in serum25-hydroxyvitamin D levels between the three groups of vascular stenosis group and vascular stenosis group(P<0.05),and the water in severe vascular stenosis group was lower than that of the other two groups.25-hydroxyvitamin D,high-density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,and cognitive function were negatively correlated with vascular stenosis.Microalbuminuria,fasting blood glucose,fibrinogen,triglyceride,gamma glutamyl transpeptidase and so on were all positively related to vascular stenosis.There was significant difference in serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase between Uygur and Han groups.Multifactor Logistic regression analysis showed that aged?urine microalbuminuria,fibrinogen,fasting blood glucose and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase were risk factors for cerebrovascular stenosis,25-hydroxyvitamin D,high-density lipoprotein and smoking are protective factors of cerebral vascular stenosis.Conclusions: There is Correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D andcerebral vascular stenosis.The lower the level of 25-hydroxyl vitamin D,the higher the level of high-density lipoprotein(HDL)and the cognitive function(MoCA score),the more severe the vascular stenosis.Elderly,high levels of urinary albumin,fibrinogen,fasting blood glucose and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase are risk factors of cerebrovascular disease.High levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and HDL are protective factors of cerebral blood vessels.The serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D level of Han nationality was higher than that of Uygur nationality.The serum vitamin D level of Uygur patients with cerebral infarction should be paid attention to in clinical work.
