Objective:To observe the effect of Qi Yin granules on the morphology of liver tissue,the expression of SREBP-1 and SREBP-2 and the mRNA and protein expression of FATP4 and L-FABP in NAFLD rats and its mechanism.From the lipid metabolism pathways explained Qiyin particles in the treatment of NAFLD mechanism.Methods:The male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: blank control group,model group,qilin granule low,medium,high dose group and positive drug group tioponin group,each group of 12.Except the blank control group normal food,free drinking water,the other five groups of rats with high fat emulsion was lavage,1times a day,a total of 10 weeks,after the success of the building with stilbene wormwood particles of low,medium and high dose and sulfur ning lavage treatment on the street,a total of 10 w.Observe general situation of rats,record the rat body quality,the detection of blood lipid high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspertate aminotransferase(AST),and other indicators,using the ELISA method determination of SREBP-1 in liver homogenate,the content of SREBP-2,the Real-time PCR method to detect liver tissue Fatp-4,L-FABPmRNA expression.The expression of fatp-4 and l-fabp protein in liver tissue was detected by Westrn Blot method.Results: Compared with the blank control group,the levels of serum lipids LDL-C,TC,TG,serum ALT,AST in the model group were significantly increased(P <0.05)The levels of LDL-C,TC,TG,serum ALT,AST in liver tissue and the levels of FATP4,L-FABP mRNA and protein in liver tissue were significantly decreased C levels were significantly increased,of which Qi Yin particles,high-dose group and the model group differences were significant.Compared with the blank control group,the model group(P <0.001),Qi yin particles high dose group(P <0.001),the middle dose group(P <0.001),the low dose group(P <0.001).Thelevels of SREBP-1 and SREBP-2 in model group were significantly higher than those in model group(P <0.001)The levels of SREBP-1 and SREBP-2 in the tiopronin group(P <0.001)were significantly lower than those in the positive drug control group(P <0.001)1,SREBP-2 content was significantly reduced.Conclusion: Qi yin granule can significantly improve the lipid metabolism disorders of NAFLD rats,and can effectively reduce the serum LDL-c,TC,TG,ALT,AST levels and liver tissue FATP4,L-FABPmRNA And protein expression.(2)Qi yin Granules can control the weight gain of NAFLD rats,improve blood lipids in rats,significantly improve the fatty degeneration of liver tissue in NAFLD rats,and effectively reduce the levels of SREBP-1 and SREBP-2 in liver homogenate.Therapeutic effect of NAFLD.
