Meta Analysis Of Alzheimer's Disease Treated With Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On GRADE System

Objective: To systematically evaluate the quality standards,and to use the GRADE system recommended grading method to carry out the strict evidence quality classification for the included studies.Methods: Chinese database includes science and technology periodical database in Chongqing VIP computer retrieval(VIP),Chinese HowNet database(CNKI),China biomedical literature database(CBM)and Wanfang database(Wan Fang Data).Cross check to avoid missing or false check.The retrieval time of all databases was up to June 25,2017.The retrieved literatures were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,and systematic reviews and GRADE system evidence classification were carried out for the included literatures.Results:(1)After meta analysis of Chinese medicine for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease,it can be concluded that in terms of overall efficiency,traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,acupuncture and medicine combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine are superior to western medicine.In the MESS score,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and Western medicine is superior to western medicine;and the ADAS-Cog score is better than that of Western medicine.On the other hand,traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese and Western medicine are better than western medicine.The HDS score,CDR score,MoCA score,NPI score,FAQ score and QOL score are less studied,so it is not sure to be sure,and more random illumination tests are needed.(2)In terms of safety,Chinese medicine is worth promoting in terms of safety compared with western medicine.(3)There are many defects in the design of the clinical randomized controlled trial of Alzheimer's disease by the classification of the GRADE system of evidence,which are mainly reflected in the comparison of the groups,the estimation of the sample size,the randomization design,the blind method,the case loss and follow-up,the selective report,and the selection of statistical methods.The number of documents met the inclusion criteria is relatively small,and the research quality and theoverall level of literature are relatively low.Conclusion:(1)The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine is superior to western medicine in the evidence of many outcomes.(2)The safety of Alzheimer's disease is higher than western medicine treatment.(3)The evidence quality of Alzheimer's disease is low.We still need to strengthen the training and publicity of design and standardized reports,and carry out large sample and high quality research at random clinic test.
