Objective: The research objects that meet the quality standards are systematically evaluated and analyzed, and the GRADE system recommendation classification method is adopted to carry out strict evidence quality classification. Methods:According to the nano-ranking standard, the documents are screened in the internet search database, and then the included documents are systematically evaluated and GRADEd according to the grade of evidence.Internet search databases mainly include CNKI,CBM,VIP and Wan Fang Data.At the same time,in order to avoid missed detection and false detection, cross search is carried out in the retrieval process. The retrieval time span is from January 1,2007 to December 31,2017.Results:(1)The total effective rate,HAMD score,SDS score and other aspects of traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment of depression are better than western medicine treatment. The results of SF-36 and BDC scores are unreliable due to less literature research and need further verification.(2)In terms of safety, traditional Chinese medicine compound therapy is more reliable than western medicine therapy and has fewer discomfort symptoms.(3)After grading the GRADE evidence grade, there are many defects in the treatment of depression with traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription, especially in the design of clinical randomized controlled trials, and there is a lack of systematic research.Conclusion:(1)In many outcome indicators, traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment of depression is better than western medicine treatment.(2)Compared with western medicine,Chinese medicine compound has higher safety in treating depression.(3)The quality of evidence for the treatment of depression with Chinese herbal compound is low,and further optimization design and large-sample,high-quality,multi-center randomized controlled clinical trials are still needed.
