Objective:To investigate the effect of ICB orthopedic insole treatment on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods: choose 76 cases of unilateral knee osteoarthritis patients,each 38 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group given conventional treatment,including the exercise therapy(quadriceps strength training),treatment of physical factors(ultrashort wave,magnets),on the basis of the observation group in the control group given the ICB orthopedic insole treatment.Patients in each group before and after treatment for 3 months,respectively,by using the visual analogue scale method to evaluate the degree of pain,application PK254roma's test to evaluate the balance ability,the application of WOMAC evaluation of knee joint pain stiffness,the restried function of knee joint,using the ATE evaluation in patients with proprioception.Results: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was a significant difference(P< 0.05)in the treatment of the romberg test,visual analogizing scoring method,and the stiffness knee joint function and the mean trajectory error value of WOMAC osteoarthritis in March.Treatment group compared with control group 3 months after treatment for roma's tests,VAS method,the WOMACosteoarthritis stiff knee function and the A.T.E Svalue is more significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: ICB orthopaedic insoles combined with exercise therapy can improve the knee joint and relieve the pain and stiffness of knee osteoarthritis.To promote the improvement of balance ability. |
