| Objective:the aim of this study is to collect the effective prescriptions and correlative theories of leukasmus and vitiligo,using ancient and modern books' contents of traditional Uyghur medicine as the research object.applying modern computer technology to develop a preliminary database of vitiligo prescriptions in ancient TUM'literatures,and as well as a statistical software,to discuss ancient physicians' cognition of vitiligo and their medication features,the basic law of ancient formulaogy,to guide the clinical medication by finding out statistical characteristics of the prescriptions such as the proportion of each herb in the total prescription,to reveal the inherent law of TUM'formulation theory.Methods:firstly using the methods of documental study,the contents related with vitiligo in more than 30 books of TMU and open-published works were collected and analyzed The preliminary database of vitiligo prescriptions in ancient TUM,literatures as well as the statistical software were developed.the related prescriptions of vitiligo were collected and analyzed and developed into the database for screening.ancient medication features and law of formulation were obtained by statistical analyzing.dose proportion trait in medication was found.core combinations and new candidate prescriptions was summarized.Result:289 prescriptions related with vitiligo has been collected.then each herbal was input excel software and established the database.finding out that 289 prescriptions contain 2430 kinds of herbs.if it comes to analyzing these dates it isnecessary to carry out date conversion for using statistical software.it certainly takes much time to complete,even though it was done,the accuracy of obtained result couldn't be guaranteed.so I had a idea of developing a specific software for analyzing TUM'medicines.after spending quite a long time to work on it,at last The preliminary database of vitiligo prescriptions in antient TUM' literatures as well as the statistical software were developed.the result using the software showed that related prescriptions are 289,among them 140 are prescriptions for external use,149 of them are the prescriptions for oral use which contain 1580 kinds of single herbs.herbs only points hot and cold to the statistics,the use of hot sex medicine frequency is 1253,accounting for 91.73%.Cold sex drug use frequency is 113,8.27%frequency.Statistics for each herb of use frequency and frequency according to the first nine(30)frequency>the high frequency of medicinal is full of hot sex drugs.Frequency of 10 or more drugs with a total of 44,of which 37 herbs is full of hot sex,while the rest of the 7 herbs of non dry(raisins,figs,roses,emblic leafflower fruit,west shawl,myrobalan,huang MAO myrobalan,etc.),but these all not vitiligo attending medicine but in order to enhance the efficacy of the single medicines and rectify odor of prescriptions for the purpose of medicine.That means vitiligo attending roughly is dry,on the whole reflects the principle of the treatment of vitiligo is given priority to with remove fever body.With these data analysis can prove that the theory of Uighur medical etiology and pathogenesis of vitiligo.Conclusion:with data analysis to prove that the drugs in the treatment of vitiligo is given priority to with dry and sexual medicine,infer "abnormal phlegmatic temperament strong" in the theory of vitiligo related pathogenesis is given priority to with the empirical,the systematic vitiligo diagnosing and treatment in TUM was offered significant bases. |
