Study On The Efect Of Invigorating Spleen For Eliminating Dampness Method On The Function Of Spleen Deficiency Wet Sheng Type Of Type 2 Diabetic Islet

Objective: Use the invigorating spleen to eliminate dampnesss treat pleen wet type wet sheng pixu(spleen deficient)with type 2 diabetes,observe the outcome of islet beta cell function in patients with relevant indicators,to explore the spleen,wet type for wet sheng pixu(spleen deficient)with type 2 diabetes effect of islet function and its curative effect;Methods: TCM syndrome differentiation was conducted for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients treated in the department of endocrinology,nanmen hospital of urumqi municipal hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The cases were included in the syndrome of wet sheng pixu(spleen deficient).66 cases were selected for clinical observation;This study followed the order of patients' visits and used a randomized controlled digital table,Divided into control group and experimental group,Each group had 33 subjects,In the control group,oral hydrochloric acid metformin tablet(500mg,Tid)was given to patients with diabetes diet and appropriate aerobic exercise,In the control group,the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction of Diabetes invigorate the spleen,After 12 weeks of treatment,On two groups before and after treatment of TCM clinical symptoms,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),blood sugar 2 hours after taking sugar(2hPG),fasting serum insulin(FINS),insulin level 2 hours,fasting C peptide(FCP),2 hours C peptide,glycated hemoglobin(HbA1C),islet beta cell function index(HOMA-?),and other indicators for statistical analysis;Results: 1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender and age composition,course composition ratio,and BMI baseline data(P>0.05);2.Treatment in the experimental group and control group was improved in TCM syndromes,FPG,2hPG,FINS,FCP,and HbA1 C,The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);Compared with the control group,homa-beta index was analyzed,and there was no statistical significance after treatment(P>0.05);3.After treatment,there was significant difference between the experimental group and FPG in the control group(P < 0.01),2hPG,HbA1 C,and homa-beta were statistically significant(P < 0.05);4.Compared to the experimental group and the control group,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in FINS,FCP,2 hours insulin,and 2 hours C peptide;4.The experimental group was superior to the control group in overall efficiency,with significant statistical significance(p<0.01);Conclusion:(1)through this study,it is concluded that the spleen-invigorating wet method can improve the clinical symptoms of TCM in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with spleen deficiency.(2)Compared the two groups after treatment fasting c-peptide,fasting insulin level is not significant,but the experimental group than control group in reduced fasting blood glucose,blood sugar 2 hours after taking sugar and improve the HOMA-beta index is better than the control group,It is indicated that the splenization wet method can improve the function of pancreatic islet in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.(3).Experimental group 2 hours and insulin levels and C peptide are down from the previous 2 hours,this may be related to the spleen,wet method in combination with metformin can protect islet beta cells,change in insulin secretion was related.
