Design And Application Of Two Sets Of Measurable Liquid Collection Bag Based On Delivery Position

Objective:The aim of this study was to design two sets of measurable liquid collection bag based on delivery position.Which not only can keep the delivery area sterile,but also suitable for human anatomy and different delivery position.Then,to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of the bag to measure postpartum blood loss during vaginal delivery in improving assessment speed of bleeding,separating blood and amniotic fluid,and so on.Methods:20 pregnant women were enrolled and randomized into the normal delivery bag,other 20 pregnant women were enrolled and randomized into the two sets of measurable liquid collection bag.Results:(1)There was a significant difference on total amount of bleeding in 24h postpartum(P<0.05).The assessment of bleeding during delivery was significantly higher than that of the control group(2)Further analysis indicated the positive linear correlation between the total amount of bleeding in 24h postpartum and the decrease of HB(R=0.889,P=0.000).which can evaluate the actual blood loss.(3)There was no significant difference on WBC?N?CRP and Apgar score(P>0.05).Conclusions:Use the two sets of measurable liquid collection bag not only has more accurate assessment of intra partum bleeding,reducing occupational exposure,improving nosocomial infection management,but also has no effect in infection?allergy and Apgar score.
