Objective:To evaluate the postpartum hemorrhage of maternal vaginal delivery by hemoglobin correction,so as to guide the clinical evaluation of postpartum blood loss correctly,in order to diagnosis and start the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in time. Methods:Use the visually estimated and Gravimetric measurement of blood to evaluate the blood loss of the labor and twenty-four-hour postpartum.Meanwhile, the difference of hemoglobin before and after delivery was used as the laboratory correction index of postpartum hemorrhage. What s more, through the different group comparison the blood loss during postpartum which was based on the impact of postpartum hemorrhage related factors,to guide the clinical. Results:The hemoglobin concentration was 121.24±10.69g/L before maternal delivery, and was 107.26±12.25g/L after delivery, which was significantly lower. The clinically assessed maternal blood loss during postpartum was about 239.40±89.64ml,and the hemoglobin corrected bleed volume was about 559.01±350.47ml,hemoglobin correction bleed volume was significantly higher than the clinical estimates. And by group comparison can be found that the amount of bleeding in nulliparous was significantly higher than the multiparous, the number of maternal postpartum blood loss was significantly higher in the second stage of labor;and the amount of bleeding in the merger of premature rupture of membranes is lower. While clinical assessment of maternal bleeding in gestational diabetes mellitus was increased versus the maternal with fetal distress. Conclusion:There is still some error in clinical evaluation of blood loss during postpartum.Clinical evaluation combined with hemoglobin corrected bleed volume can improve the accuracy of evaluation.
