Objective: This article will investigate and analyze the postpartum depressed patients with dangerous placenta previa in Nanchang University First Affiliated Hospital,review the relevant literature,summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment points of postpartum depression,thereby improving the vigilance of the disease in the doctors,and avoid missed diagnosis as far as possible.,misdiagnosis,and take effective treatment programs to reduce the incidence of postpartum depression.Methods:Select 169 cases of dangerous placenta previa patients who were born at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from October 2015 to February 2018,and all had cesarean section termination of pregnancy.Inclusion criteria: 1 previous history of cesarean section or history of uterine fibroids removal,the pregnancy had placenta previa,2 gestation> 28 weeks,3 fetuses survived;exclusion criteria: 1 to determine the absence of mental history and thinking communication disorders,Normal understanding of the ability to express,to complete the questionnaire survey and related data;2 excluded risky placenta previa,no other complications.Results: The prevalence of postpartum depression in patients with dangerous placenta previa was 30.8%,which was higher than that of normal maternal morbidity.The EPDS score in patients with PPD was 17.84±9.95 points(9-26);in PPD patients,it was more than 50.% of patients are concentrated in: 1.Depression 2.Obvious lack of interest or pleasure in all or most of the activities 3.Insomnia or hypersomnia 4.Fatigue or fatigue 5.Disagreeable feelings or meaninglessness 6.Decrease in thinking skills Or inattention;the peak period of onset is within 1 to 3 weeks after childbirth;27 cases(51.9%)of mild cases,23 cases(44.3%)of moderate cases,2 cases(3.8%)of severe cases,90% or more It is mainly mild to moderate;the occurrence of postpartum depression is the result of a variety of related factors.Repeated vaginal bleeding,neonatal health,family relationships,and economic conditions also have a significant impact on the occurrence of postpartum depression(p<0.05).Postpartum depression is mostly mild to moderate.Conclusion: With the increase of cesarean section rate in our country,the incidence of dangerous placenta previa is increasing year by year.For high-risk complications,it is easy to cause panic in pregnant women,so that patients may cause a series of bad emotions and psychological during pregnancy and postpartum.Obstacles,medical personnel should attach great importance to give more care,support,and help,and master the characteristics of postpartum depression,diagnosis,treatment and prevention,so that early prevention,early detection,early treatment,to provide strong maternal and child health Protection.
