Objective:To explore the similarities and differences of Bcl2L12 in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. To analyze the relationship between the expression of Bcl2L12in breast cancer tissues and patients'age, breast tumor size, regional lymph node status, and histological classification of breast tumors. The relationship between the expression level of Bcl2L12 and the molecular typing of breast cancer was studied. To explore the relationship between the expression of Bcl2L12 in breast cancer tissues and patients with disease-free survival and overall survival. To serve the prognosis and follow-up of breast cancer patients, and guide the further treatment of breast cancer patients after surgery.Methods:1.Selected 132 cases of previous breast cancer patients,Samples of paraffin blocks were extracted, including breast cancer tissue samples and adjacent breast tissue samples, and immunohistochemical technique?IHC?was used to detect the expression level of sample Bcl2L12.Statistical methods were used to analyze expression of Bcl2L12 in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues; The relationship between the expression of Bcl2L12 in breast cancer tissues and patients'age, breast tumor size, lymph node metastasis, and pathological grade of tumor; The relationship between different molecular types of patients; The relationship between Bcl2L12 and patients'disease-free survival?DFS?and total survival?OS?was investigated by follow-up.2.Statistical method:SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The relationship of Bcl2L12 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues, and the relationship between the expression of Bcl2L12 and clinical indicators, the relationship with molecular subtyping were compared with chi-square test.Kaplan-meier survival analysis was used in the prognosis analysis, and the survival curve was produced, and the Log Rank test was used to compare the factors.COX regression model for multiple factors analysis.Bilateral P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results:1.The expression of Bcl2L12 protein:the positive expression of Bcl2L12protein in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues is brownish-yellow diffuse color or granular, mainly located in cytoplasm. The difference expression of Bcl2L12 in breast cancer tissues and adjacent breast tissue was statistically significant?P<0.05?.2.Bcl2L12 protein expression and clinical pathological characteristics of relationships:primary tumor>2 cm,with lymph node metastasis and histological grading for level?—?Bcl2L12 protein expression positive rate were significantly higher than that of primary tumor 2 cm or less,no lymph node metastasis and histological grading to?difference was statistically significant?all P<0.05?.There was no statistically significant difference between the expression and age of Bcl2L12protein?P>0.05?.3.The relationship between Bcl2L12 protein expression and breast cancer molecular subtyping:There was no significant difference in the expression of Bcl2L12 protein between the triple-negative breast cancer overexpression of Her2and Luminal breast cancer?P>0.05?4.The difference between the patients'disease-free survival rate?DFS?and Bcl2L12 protein was statistically significant.(??17?=4.637,P=0.031);The difference of overall survival rate?OS?and Bcl2L12 protein expression was statistically significant.???17?=4.449,P=0.035?.Cox regression model analysis showed that the expression of Bcl2L12 protein was not an independent prognostic factor for breast cancer patients. Conclusion:The expression of Bcl2L12 protein in breast cancer and adjacent tissues was different.Bcl2L12 protein positive expression rate is higher in breast cancer tissue, and breast cancer molecular classification did not see obvious difference,Bcl2L12protein expression in judgment and prognosis of the patients with breast cancer have condition assessment of value.
