Objective : Analyze the effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with Bei Fuji(external recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor)in the treatment of pressure injury. Methods: A total of 76 patients with stage 3 and stage 4 pressure ulcers who were treated by the Burn and Wound Repair Surgery of the Northern Theater General Hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and Bei Fuji treatment group, with 38 patients were in each group and there were two groups of patients. All patients were treated with symptomatic treatment such as conventional anti-infection,correction of electrolyte disturbance and hypoalbuminemia before surgery. The dressing was changed once a day.Thorough debridement and VSD closed negative pressure drainage device were placed during the operation, and replaced once a week. The control group Patients were rinsed with500 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection once a day.Patients in the Bei Fuji treatment group were treated with Befozi(recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor)3150IU on the basis of patients in the control group. The healing rate and total effective rate were Observed and compared after two weeks of treatment in the two groups of patients, and the use of antibacterial drugs and the number of times of closed negative pressure drainage devices changed in the two groups of patients were compared. At the same time, the results of HE staining and immunohistochemical staining of granulation tissue of the two groups of patients were compared before and after the treatment. Results:The healing rate of patients in the Bei Fuji treatment group was 37.73% after2 weeks of treatment, and the total effective rate was 97.37%.The healing rate of patients in the control group was 18.64% after 2 weeks of treatment, and the total effective rate was 86.84%.The effective rates were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The average time of antimicrobial use in the Bei Fuji treatment group was 5.35 ± 1.02 days, the average hospital stay was 25.67 ± 2.45 days, and the average closed negative pressure drainage device was The number of times of use was 2.76 ± 0.85.Theaverage time of antibacterial drug use in the control group was 9.76 ± 1.52 days, the average length of hospital stay was 34.75 ± 5.73 days, the average number of closed negative pressure drainage devices used was 3.53 ± 1.17 times, and The duration time of the average antibacterial drug use in the Bei Fuji treatment group and average hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the change of times of the closed negative pressure drainage device was significantly less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).At the same time, the patients from the Bei Fuji treatment group were treated with HE comparison of staining and immunohistochemical staining showed that the recovery of granulation tissue in the Bei Fuji treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group. The index of VEGF and TGF-?1 in epidemic group were significantly higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion : For patients with pressure injury, the use of vacuum sealing drainage combined with Beifuji could effectively improve the treatment effect, and it should be widely promoted in clinical practice.
