Effects Of Point Massage On Rehabilitation Of Patients With Unilateral Spatial Neglect After Stroke

ObjectiveExplore point massage and routine rehabilitation training on stroke patients with unilateral neglect and its possible mechanism,verify the predecessors' theory through practice,thus provide a reference basis for the new rehabilitation methods on the clinical patients with unilateral neglect.MethodsAccording to the literature,the neuropsychological assessment was done in patients with hemiplegia after stroke in the rehabilitation department of three hospital in Liaoning from 2015.3 to 2016.12,according to the diagnostic criteria of stroke unilateral neglect,158 patients divided into experimental group(79cases)and control group(79 cases)by a semi-random sampling method,the control group was given routine rehabilitation training and rehabilitation guidance,the experimental group was given to the point massage on the side of hemiplegia in addition to conventional rehabilitation training and rehabilitation guidance.and respectively before and 8 weeks after treatment,compared the two groups of therapeutic effect with USN evaluation,Bathel index score(BI),Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment(FMA)and simple mental state examination(MMSE).Using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis,measurement data with mean standard deviation((X|-)±S),using t test to campare counting data,count data using X2 test,P< 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results1.After 8 weeks of rehabilitation treatment,the USN evaluation results were given to the control group,and the results of the dividing line segment and the copy experiment evaluation were statistically significant(P<0.05).Give Bathel index score(BI),Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment(FMA)and simple mental state examination(MMSE),the score had statistical significance campared with before the treatment(P < 0.05).2.8 weeks after rehabilitation treatment,the experimental group patients' evaluation by USN.the dividing line segment,cross cutting experiment,drawing the clock experiment and copy evaluation had statistical significance(P<0.05);Given Bathel index score(BI),Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment(FMA)and simple mental state examination(MMSE),the score had statistical significance campared with before the treatment(P<0.05).3.After 8 weeks of rehabilitation,the USN evaluation results in the experimental group was better than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Bathel index score,Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment and simple mental state examination in the experimental group was better than that of control group,with statistical significance(P< 0.05).Conclusions1.Point massage method together with the rehabilitation training after 8weeks,can effectively improve the level of stroke patients with unilateral neglect,and the degree of improvement is significantly better than rehabilitation training.2.point massage method combine rehabilitation training with 8 weeks can significantly improve patients' motor function,daily life activities ability and cognitive.
