Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation Type Cancer Pain Of Hepatocarcinoma With Bupleurum Shugan Powder And Flavor

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of C haihu Shugan powder combined with three ladder analgesics in the treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation of moderate cancer pain,and to provide an objective basis for the comprehensive treatment of cancer pain.Methods: 50 cases of VIP,oncology and hepatopathy in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional C hinese medicine were selected,all were confirmed by pathology and imaging,and the score of 4 < < NRS was less than 6.The cases were divided into groups by random number table,and the control group was treated with three steps of drug treatment.The treatment group was treated with addition of Radix Bupleuri and dispersing the liver.The dosage of opioids,NRS score,simple pain assessment scale(BPI),TCM symptom score and safety index were recorded.Results: there was no significant difference in the N RS score in the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the 2 and two groups in the initial 24 hours(P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the groups after the treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant between the groups after the treatment.3 and BPI score: the two groups after the treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),4 and TCM symptoms.Score: the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)before and after treatment in the simple opioid group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)before and after treatment with C haihu Shugan powder addition group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Moderate cancer pain can be used as a synergistic adjuvant treatment,can reduce the impact of pain on life,at the same time,improve the symptoms of traditional C hinese medicine,get better physical condition and quality of life,can shorten the time to improve the quality of life.Conclusion: Moderate cancer pain can be used as a synergistic adjuvant treatme nt,can reduce the impact of pain on life,at the same time,improve the symptoms of traditional C hinese medicine,get better physical condition and quality of life,can shorten the time to improve the quality of life.
