Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of addition and subtraction of Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of postoperative gastric cancer patients with liver qi invading stomach type,to provide a relatively objective clinical basis for the treatment of prescription drugs,and to a certain extent,improve the treatment effect.Methods:The study sample included 60 patients who were admitted to the Oncology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2020 and who were consistent with the post-operative diagnosis of gastric cancer with liver qi invasion type.Patients were given Chaihu Shugan powder plus or subtracting formula within two months after surgery,and were evaluated before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 8 weeks after treatment.Through self-control before and after treatment,the improvement of patients’ symptoms such as stomach distension,stomachache,nausea and vomiting,as well as tumor markers CEA,CA19-9,nutritional indicators transferin,albumin,anxiety scores,etc.,were observed before and after treatment.After4 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome score,CEA,CA19-9 were counted and calculated.After 8 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome score,CEA,CA19-9,Karst score,anxiety score,blood routine,liver and kidney function and other indexes were statistically analyzed.Results:1.In comparison of TCM syndrome scores,the patients decreased after 4weeks and 8 weeks of treatment compared with before treatment,and the improvement was more obvious after 8 weeks of treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.In the comparison of tumor markers CEA and CA19-9,there was no significant difference after 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment compared with before treatment.3.In the comparison of KPS score,the effective rate reached 92% after 8weeks of treatment,and the difference in score distribution was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the comparison of nutritional indicators,After 8 weeks of treatment,body weight,BMI,transferrin and album in were obtained The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In the comparison of SAS evaluation,the total score after treatment decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.No abnormalities in routine tests(such as blood routine,liver function and kidney function)were found after treatment.Conclusion:1.Modification and subtraction of Chaihu Shugan Powder can reduce the TCM syndrome scores of postoperative patients with liver qi invasion gastric cancer.Improve the primary and secondary symptoms of the patient.2.Adding or subtraction of Chaihu-Shugan Powder has no obvious effect on reducing the levels of tumor markers CEA and CA19-9 in patients with gastric cancer after surgery.3.Modifications of Chaihu Shugan Powder can improve patients’ Karlien scores compared with before treatment.4.Modifying and subtracting Chaihu Shugan Powder can improve the nutritional indexes of patients compared with before treatment.5.Modifying and subtracting Chaihu Shugan Powder can improve the anxiety of patients compared with before treatment,which is safe and reliable.
