Objective:This study conducted a prospective,non-randomized,controlled clinical trial in 58 women with IVF-ET history of failed embryo transfer to investigate the effects of oxytocin receptor antagonist atosiban on patients with previous implant failures. The effect of the outcome. Methods:This study selected female patients with a history of failed embryo implantation with frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET)from January 2017 to October 2017 in the Reproductive Center at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, subjects were included in 2 groups and a total of 58 women were included.Atosiban was included in the atosiban group(n = 29)and was not treated with atosiban Into the control group(n = 29).Patients were compared between the two groups of basic characteristics, cycle characteristics and pregnancy outcomes. Results : Atosiban and control groups were significantly different in age, duration of infertility,BMI(kg / cm2),basal FSH(D3),type of infertility(primary infertility, secondary infertility),primary infertility Infertility, unexplained infertility, male infertility(infertility),the number of high quality embryos, the number of embryos transferred, the endometrial thickness at the transplantation day(mm),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).The implantation rate, biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate in Atosiban group were significantly higher than those in control group(P <0.05).Logistic regression model was used to analyze multivariate analysis of infertile women in Atosiban group. The results showed that age was the only factor influencing clinical pregnancy outcome in Atosiban group(P <0.05),and the older age was not conducive to pregnancy. Conclusion:The use of oxytocin receptor antagonist before thawing of frozen embryos can significantly improve the clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate, which can well improve the pregnancy outcome.
