Research On Hospttal Supply Chain Cost Control Strategy Based On Cost Driverand TCO Theory

With the formation of China's market economy and the acceleration of economic globalization,the competition in the medical market has become increasingly fierce.As a part of the market economy,hospitals have also withstood the test of the market.For medical industry,while having the necessary hardware facilities and providing medical services,meantime hospital should also reduce their own operating costs,such as procurement costs and inventory costs,in order to meet the growing demand for medical services while still gaining access to the market economy.After the hardware facilities and medical services reach a certain level,hospital administrators should reduce costs as much as possible.Reasonable and effective reduction of the operating costs of the hospital supply chain and material circulation is a subject of theoretical and practical significance.Based on the existing research results,based on the hospital supply chain,this paper constructs the total ownership cost model from the perspective of total ownership cost,and analyzes the dominant and hidden costs in the hospital supply chain management process by using the total cost of ownership.The scope of hospital cost management has been expanded to integrate hospital supply chain costs with hospital operating costs.The theory of cost drivers has been used to find various cost drivers,and targeted cost control strategies have been proposed based on cost drivers to improve hospital cost management.Effectiveness provides a method and basis for hospital cost management from a new perspective.Construct a total cost of ownership model,take high-value consumables as an example,combine the data provided by different suppliers and the data of the hospital itself,compare and optimize the data before and after optimization through matlab,and obtain the total cost of ownership to the hospital operating costs.Management iseffective,and with the gradual improvement of management concepts and management methods,the model of total cost of ownership will also be improved,making this model more practical.
