Objectives: The logistic regression method was used to analyze the multiple factors of the patients who were diagnosed as intraductal papilloma of the mammary gland by the gold standard(Pathology),compare the carcinoma in situ in the mammary duct,establish the logistic regression diagnosis model,and try to establish the logistic regression model for the intraductal papilloma and mammary duct of the breast The diagnosis of intraductal carcinoma of the intraductal papilloma has been predicted to improve the diagnostic rate of ultrasonography in the two cases of intraductal papilloma in order to better help the diagnosis and treatment of the intraductal carcinoma of the breast.Methods:From January2014 to December 2016,50 patients with intraductal papilloma and intraductal carcinoma in situ were diagnosed as breast intraductal papilloma and intraductal carcinoma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University as case group and control group,with a total of 100 lesions.The patients' age,maximum diameter of nodules,distance from the nipple,boundary,shape,echo,calcification,blood flow,and axillary lymph nodes were analyzed.A two classified logistic regression model was established,the ROC curve was drawn,and the logistic regression model was used to evaluate the identification of intraductal papilloma and mammary duct in the mammary gland.In situ cancer prediction ability,and then get sensitive factors.Results: Using the partial maximum likelihood estimation forward method,stepwise regression was used to screen out the factors which were statistically significant in identifying intraductal papilloma and intraductal carcinoma in situ,respectively,the morphology of nodules,calcification in nodules and the internal and peripheral blood flow of nodules,and the above factors entered the two classification of Lo as independent variables.Gistic regression model shows that the area of ROC curveis 0.850,0.720 and 0.730.Conclusion: The logistic regression model for the differential diagnosis of intraductal papilloma and intraductal carcinoma in situ,the morphology of nodules,calcification in nodules and the internal and peripheral blood flow of the nodules is meaningful for the differential diagnosis of breast ductal papilloma and intraductal carcinoma.
