Objective:To survey the influencing factors of restenosis after carotid artery and vertebral artery stenting. Methods: The clinical data of 166 Patients with carotid and vertebral artery stenosis who were successfully treated with stent imPlantation were retrosPectively analyzed.Using cervical DoPPler ultrasound,CTA,or DSA to evaluate the rate of restenosis after stenting.138 Patients with comPlete clinical data who were successfully imPlanted stent were divided into restenosis grou P(n=17)and non restenosis grouP(n=121).Analyze the two grouPs of Patients in general situation,Previous situation,PreoPerative blood test indicators,PostoPerative medication, stent information,PreoPerative and PostoPerative stenosis and other factors about restenosis in-stent.Results:There were 156 stenosis in 138 Patients, and 146 stents were Placed. The average review time was(20.68 ± 9.28)months.56 cases were followed-u P by CTA,82 cases were followed-uP by CTA.18 cases(18/138,13.04%)were multiPle stenosis,There are 17 cases(17/138,12.32%)with a degree of restenosis of more than 50%.Preo Perative average stenosis rate was(78.68±12.36)%,and immediately after the oPeration was(11.65±6.47)%.There was significant difference between the restenosis grouP and the non-restenosis grouP in the multiPle stenosis,PostoPerative smoking history, diabetes and blood glucose(P <0.05).Conclusion:Factors influencing in-stent restenosis include PostoPerative smoking and diabetes.
