Cerebrovascular Stenting Restenosis Risk Factors,Treatment And Prevention

Objective:To explore the influence factors of cerebral vascular restenosis after carotid stenting treatment and prevention.Methods:Retrospective analysis clinical data of120patients with cerebrovascular carotid stenting, The patients were followed up for6-12months (average9m onths) by Computed tomography angiography(CTA) and digital subtraction angiogra phy (DSA).According to the stent area divided into internal carotid artery stent gro up (n=74) and vertebral artery stent group (n=46), each group according to whether a narrow into the restenosis and no stenosis group, the internal carotid artery sten t restenosis group (n=10) and no stenosis group (n=64), vertebral artery stent resten osis group (n=21) and no stenosis group (n=25). Analysis whether the restenosis af ter stent implantation and the type of bracket, high blood pressure, diabetes and th e other factors.Results:Vertebral artery restenosis after carotid stenting with narrow group of high density lipoprotein (t=2.24, P<0.05),the number of diabetes9and5(χ2=4.06, P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05all). As compared with the normal group, there were no significant differences about the triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol,coronary heart disease,high blood pressure, smoking, drinking alcohol (P>0.05all). Internal carotid artery restenosis after carotid stenting with narrow group, the number of coronary artery disease1and4(χ2=20.8, P<0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). As compared with the normal group, there were no significant differences about triglycerides,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, drinking, smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes (P>0.05all). The standard antiplatelet therapy were closely correlated with restenosis after stent implantation.Conclusion:Vertebral artery restenosis after carotid stenting is associated with diabetes and high density lipoprotein cholesterol, internal carotid artery restenosis after carotid stenting is associated with coronary heart disease,the other related factors still remain to be further studied.The standard antiplatelet therapy were closely correlated with restenosis after stent implantation.
