| Objective: To analyze the removal time of complex anal fistula caused by Crohn’s disease. Methods: Forty-four patients with complex anal fistula caused by CD from January 2006 to June 2016 in First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. The prognosis of the two groups was analyzed according to the postoperative indexes.Result:There were no statistical significances between two groups in the baseline data such as age(x2=0.2060,P =0.9837),gender(x2=0.7969,P =0.3720),x2=0.0073,P =0.9318),Wexner score(t = 2.8159,P = 0.0074)of preoperation.Differences in Wexner score(t = 0.1381,P = 0.8908)at the time of postoperative discharge, the healing time of anal fistula(t = 4.3605,P = 0.0001)was statistically significant between the two groups,Hospitalization time(t = 1.5843,P = 0.1206),and complete healing time after treatment(t = 0.3849,P = 0.5350)were no statistically significant between two groups. Conclusion:There was correlation between prognosis and thread’s specific removal time of complex anal fistula caused by CD.However, the thread’s specific removal time of complex anal fistula is still uncertain. This study showed that the removal of the thread after three weeks, the prognosis effect is better than the removal of the thread within three weeks. |
